With deep joy, confidence and gratitude, the community of the Trainer Candidate Community Path (TCCP) recommends that Monika Panas be entrusted with the role of Certified Trainer for CNVC. Monika’s path through the certification process has been heartwarming and inspirational.
We are celebrating many qualities that Monika brings to our global CNVC community. Monika has a vision of a world where the humanity of all is seen and celebrated and is a strong advocate for multicultural and intersectionality awareness. She has brought NVC into her family and uses her wealth of experience to work with other parents and families. We value the presence and skills with which Monika facilitates, tracking needs of all, bringing clarity and creating spaces of collaboration. The combination of compassion and courageous expression that we experience in Monika gives us trust that she is grounded in NVC consciousness and has capacity to be fluid in form to match a variety of situations she finds herself in.
We have learned much on this journey with Monika and look forward to many years ahead of working side by side. It is an honor to introduce her to our global community where we’re confident she will find kindred souls and lifelong companions on the quest to create a world where every person matters, and every person thrives.
