With deep joy, confidence and gratitude, the community of the Trainer Candidate Community Path (TCCP) recommends Leif Stringer from the US as a Certified Trainer for CNVC. Leif’s path through the NVC integration process has been inspiring to witness. Leif is deeply committed to using power in ways that address the inequity in this world and create spaces where individuals and systems are oriented toward interdependence.
We are celebrating many qualities that Leif brings to our global CNVC community. In addition to his exploration of how to use power to serve, Leif holds himself to a high standard of integrity and authenticity. He was unwilling to take on the role of certified trainer until he could embody the qualities he wanted to see in a CNVC certified trainer in all areas of his life, including with members of his family, his professional clients and students, and also with himself. Leif seeks out feedback, reflects deeply on it and uses it as a springboard for growth. Our community has learned much from his open way of receiving wisdom of others as well as his spirit of care for those he works with. His focus on relationships quickly builds trust with clients, workshop participants, and family camp participants allowing him to support and mediate with effectiveness.
We have learned much on this journey with Leif and look forward to many years of working side by side with him. It is an honor to introduce him to our global community where we’re confident he will find kindred souls and lifelong companions on the quest to create a world where every person matters and every person has all they need to thrive.
