With joyful hearts, the Trainer Candidate Community Path (TCCP) recommends that Tadesse Hussein from Uganda be given the opportunity to serve as a Certified Trainer for CNVC. Tadesse has journeyed through the certification path for the past 8 years with passion, integrity and tremendous strength.
We are celebrating many qualities that Tadesse brings to our global CNVC community. Tadesse has brought hope and inspiration over and over to our candidate community as he has shared his stories of how he lives NVC principles in his personal and professional life. One of Tadesse’s passions is keeping girls in school and making schools places of safe learning. He has worked with One School At A Time in Uganda for over a decade. By bringing NVC to his work with schools, Tadesse has changed relationships so parents, teachers and administrators choose dialog over caning. Thousands of lives have been touched. Through Tadesse’s living of NVC, he introduces NVC subtly to others whether standing in bank lines, talking with police, in hospitals, building water systems for schools, or in parenting his children. Because of the challenges he faces on a daily basis, Tadesse has cultivated a strong self-empathy practice that keeps his passion and vision alive. Tadesse is deeply committed to a world where we share power and learn from one another.
We have learned much on this journey with Tadesse Hussein and look forward to many years of working side by side. It is an honor to introduce him to our global community where we’re confident he will find kindred souls and lifelong companions on the quest to create a world where every person matters and every person has all they need to thrive.
