Dear Friends and Colleagues,
With excitement and delight, the Trainer Candidate Community Path (TCCP) recommends Pam Winthrop Lauer to serve in the role of Certified Trainer for CNVC.
Pam’s journey on the certification path has been marked by continuous deep dives into personal reflection, growth, and transformation. Pam has a vivacious passion for connection and collaboration and one of her most powerful strengths is inviting others into community and dialog. She has an insatiable curiosity to learn and to understand the other’s perspective while staying connected to her own truth and authenticity. Her courage and willingness to move toward dialog and conflict are inspiring. Pam has modeled time and time again her ability to create circles of support, feedback, and collaboration within the NVC community with NVC projects, trainings and at crucial times when self-care and empathy are needed.
We are delighted to introduce Pam to the global community and look forward to many years of collaboration and mutual learning with her. We are grateful to have your companionship to join us in celebrating another certified trainer that is committed to a vision of creating a world where every person has all they need to thrive and nurture our collective wellbeing.
