Dear Colleagues:
With excitement and delight, the community of the Trainer Candidate Community Path (TCCP) recommends that Leonie Smith be invited to serve in the role of Certified Trainer for CNVC. Leonie’s journey on the certification path has been marked with vision, a deep commitment to equity and social transformation, self-responsibility and care.
As a community, we celebrate the many gifts that Leonie has shared and will continue to share with our global CNVC community. We are excited to see the many people from the global majority who have come or returned to NVC community because of Leonie’s commitment to creating a safe place for healing and learning. We have benefitted from Leonie’s willingness to use her life experiences and knowledge of the organizational world to develop compelling programs bringing NVC into organizations internationally. Her work has been desperately needed and has supported many who have risen to meet this moment calling for global healing and restoration of equitable relationships.
We are delighted to introduce Leonie to the global community and look forward to many years of collaboration and mutual learning with her. We are confident that many of you will join us in our delight of another companion committed to the goal of creating a world where every person has all they need to thrive and nurture our collective wellbeing.
